 Welcome to the Ottawa Family Support Network (OFSN)! 

The Ottawa Family Support Network (OFSN) was established for the purpose of providing education, support and networking opportunities to parents and caregivers of adults with intellectual disabilities. 

We are a family-led support network dedicated to empowering parents, caregivers, and loved ones of adults with intellectual disabilities. Whether you’re navigating a new diagnosis, advocating for services, or looking for community, you are not alone — and you are welcome here.

  We amplify the voices of families and adults with ID, working toward more inclusive policies and services.
